I came in with my Brother and we were greeted right away, we were seated right away, they were very busy but very nice, the waitress asked for something to drink within 2 minutes or less, she came back in about 3 minutes and asked us if we had questions, we went ahead and ordered the chef special and it Was VERY DELICIOUS!!! The waitress was AWESOME! LILLY GREAT JOB!!

THIS IS WHAT I THINK OF WHEN I THINK OF AMERICA. This place is a “mom&pop” diner with friendy atmosphere that makes you feel like family from the second you walk in. Although it’s a perfect example of it, this place offers more than just Southern Charm & Hometown Hospitality, this is one of the few places left that you dont “get what you pay for” but in a positve way. Portion sizes are generous and the food was cooked to perfection!

When I tell you this place is the best hidden spot in the upstate!!! We stopped in for lunch, I had fried chicken breast, crowder peas, toss salad and peach cobbler. Ya’ll it was so dang good!!! The chicken was extra crispy just the way I like it. The crowder peas had been cooking a long time, they where the best I’ve ever had. The salad was made fresh when I ordered. Then that cobbler was the best part of all!!! All I can say is this is our new lunch spot!!! The cashier Lauren is the sweetest!!!

Best meal I have had in a long while. I got a double bacon chili cheeseburger plate with rice and cole slaw. Every bite burst with flavor and was both perfectly cooked and seasoned. I will be coming back and I look forward to it.

Oh my GOODNESS!! This place is worth the trip. I would say this is one of the best meat and three restaurants in all of Greenville county. This is true country homemade cooking at it’s best. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The cook cones out to make sure you got exactly what you wanted. It’s like sitting down at Grandma’s house and getting everything you ever wanted to eat. Go to Peggy’s, you’ll thank me later!
