Pastor B. is a very friendly and personable proprietor who served ribs tender enough to pull off easily with a plastic forks. He remembers your name and asks how the food is. The tri tip was tender as well and the Mac and cheese was a hit with me. The sauce is sweet and savory, blending well with the seasoned, tender meats. I will return to Hayward for this one.

My plate was absolutely delicious! I was closing my eyes praying to Jesus with gratitude for a blessed and well tasting meal, the potato salad definitely has a secret ingredient, and dessert was delicious! I’m looking forward to my next visit for prawns and the salt and pepper fish. The Chef is on point with the ingredients!

Black Family-owned business. I love BBQ so thought I tried to spot, I live around the corner. Have driven past the many times but always had to pay whether or not I wanted to drop that much money for some barbecue. Oh when you realize you crave BBQ and there’s no other barbecue spot you get a little more curious so one day me and my boyfriend at the nerves and we went up there and we got some barbecue that I have to say it was delicious. I wish it wasn’t so expensive because I will be there every day but it’s definitely something I’m willing to invest in every two weeks because it was good. Love the music they were playing and you can smell their food from miles away so you can never say it’s not home cook.

I love the food! I love the people who work/own this place. Super friendly and they take care of you. Everything I’ve eaten here is amazing. I get the 4 meat combo for like 30 bucks and share that with about 3 ppl that includes myself. The BBQ and the desserts are so good. The fried fish is on point. Go here and support this amazing BBQ joint.
