Came here on a Friday afternoon and ordered ribs, beans, slaw, and two sausage links along with a kitty cocktail. Server did not know what a kitty cocktail and food came out missing the links. Ribs were great and sausage was pretty good too but the slaw and beans were mediocre at best. Definitely worth another visit.

Oh my Gawd! I’m absolutely surprised by how good this smoke meat tasted! Incredible. Usually smoked meat is smoked meat is smoked meat. The smokey chicken chimichunga was good. My new favorite!! Excellent service. The waitress laughed at my jokes too. (Hey that important to me )

You can smell the food in the elevator on the way up. Awesome atmosphere, great vibe with attentive service. The ribs and wings were great tasting and the meat fell off the bone but were room temp or cold. Monster Nachos , corn bread and drinks are were great, top notch item of the night are the blueberry cheesecake egg rolls!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I’d eat the doormat at this place! We’d been to the Bemidji location many times, but this was our first trip to the Thief River Falls spot. There are plenty of spots to parallel park on the street. Even though it was 6 o’clock on a Saturday the street wasn’t all that full and we got a good spot. Once inside, you can walk up the steps or take the elevator up…but you can’t escape the delicious smell of smoked meats. There is a lot of seating. If you have to wait it shouldn’t be long. The manager and the staff were on it! The BBQ is top notch. I love the loaded mac, but I’ve always got to get some pulled pork, or ribs to take home. It is so great to have Fozzie’s a little closer to home. This was the first of many trips to the TRF location. @devinejd

I’ve only eaten here once, and while a bit pricey it was worth every dollar. Between me and my partner I think we spent $70 and it was worth every dollar. For a local brisket/BBQ place it is wonderful, and you can always smell it cooking if you go downtown.
