Cute spot to get some pizza. They have house specialty, or you can build your own. The pizza is thin crust but not crispy. It makes it hard to eat the pizza without a fork and knife. The crust is too thin for the toppings. The flavor of the pizza was still very good. My only complaint is how many flies were inside the restaurant. It made it an unpleasant eating experience.

Our pizza was good and not burnt, which is good it seems. Service was terrible. Ordered the special, Mr Green with chicken and a drink. I was told that wasn’t the special even though it was written right over her head. I said fine, I’ll take it anyway which was met with blank stares.

When you are from Chicago, you get spoiled when it comes to pizza. The complaint here is a combination of really weird crust, and very little topping. They charge an extra $2.50 per topping and I swear there was only 1 sliced mushroom on the pizza. very little sausage as well. The thick round edges of the crust weren’t filled with cheese like you expect, they were filled with undercooked pizza dough. The only 2 sizes were medium and extra large. We got the medium, which was only 12″ and set us back almost $30!

Spent $25 for a mostly crust, small Hearty Logger pizza. It was BLACK- BURNT on the bottom. They couldn’t figure out how to give me a receipt for the refund I asked for so I asked for them to write something out. They acted inconvenienced by my request for a refund and proof that it was refunded. I had already waited 20 minutes, drove down the road 10 minutes. Just happened to decide to eat a piece when I tasted the burnt crust. It was VERY inconvenient for me, yet no apology or offer to discount a future pizza. I’ve learned my lesson. Too bad they couldn’t be even the least bit empathetic.

The young ladies working here deserve a big thank you. I’m from Florida and don’t see many youth working pizza places. These young women did an incredible job managing a very busy evening, getting everyone taken care of and dealing with customer dissatisfaction. These ladies did as good a job as possible. While not perfect they were very professional, helpful and extremely well self managed. 5 star service.

Ordered the supreme pizza, a cheese pizza, spaghetti and meatball and side salads. Food was delish. Pizzas were thin crust but generous on toppings. Spaghetti was a good serving size. Salads were fresh with tomato and cheese. Service was friendly and kind. Definitely filled us up and we would go again.

Ordered two personal pizzas to go on 6/5/23 after a day of visiting Custer State Park while on vacation in the Black Hills. My husband ordered the Towering Timber while I ordered the Hills Cheese Steak. Both pizzas were piping hot and absolutely delicious! The flavor combinations of the sauces and toppings were excellent. The crust was absolutely perfect. My husband’s least favorite part of the pizza is the crust, but he raved about the Pizza Mill’s! It was the perfect amount of crust and appeared to have some sort of spices in it as well. Highly recommend the Pizza Mill if in Custer!
