Went there last Friday and just got around writing this well deserved review. One of my 2 to go spots for authentic Mexican food here in Minnesota. I’ve been to many Mexican restaurants and this ones is my favorite. Great service, flavor, and excellent family vibes. Coming from New York city I sure do have high expectations for food and I was not disappointed coming here. Will be my go to spot moving forward for sure.

I have never left a review, but I truly feel I would be doing this family a disservice by not leaving one. This was the BEST torta I have ever had. Everything was so fresh! The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The torta was so fresh, delicious and hot! I was so impressed the food was this amazing. I literally had to call them and tell them how much I enjoyed their food. This place deserves so much more business. A+ and I will definitely be back very soon! Thank you! Best restaurant in Crystal!

If you like cheesy hashbrown hotdish you’ll be amazed by Pedro’s stuffed hashbrowns! Crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside it was amply stuffed with sour cream and onions. It’s a ginormous spud that’s no dud.

Stopped here while in town. Chips and salsa were excellent! We all ordered pupusas and they were fabulous too. Service was good! Seemed like a nice family business. When I’m craving pupusas again, I’d make a trip down! Some of the other food looked awesome too.

Really good breakfast. The pancakes are how I like them, a little crisp and full of flavor. The huevos rancheros was very good and the pupusa was so good. Delicious. Padro is very friendly. Went there for the first time and came back a couple days later because I enjoyed it so much.
