Atmosphere is good and employees seem like they want to do a good job, however they don’t listen well or take the time to understand the obvious. I wanted iced tea because it was 100 degrees outside. The employee at register asked for my order and I said peppermint or spearmint ICED tea. Then another employee appeared with a sample of mint tea packet without verifying it needed to be already made and room temperature or cold. He made a hot tea and when I explained I ordered ice tea he said he could put ice in it while it was still steeping!

Every time I’m in the area I have to stop & grab PJ’s! I’ve tried local & exotic coffee shops all over the country & still always come back to PJ’s being the BEST tasting coffee. This shop is under new management & I can definitely tell the difference in the staff & how fantastic they are!

This is BY FAR my favorite PJs coffee location. I’ve been going here for over three years and they have never once messed up my order.

Amite city louisiana needs all new employees. The coffee is ok I guess but could be very much more satisfying if they would actually take there time and listen to people’s order the first time instead of getting cocky when we have to bring the coffee back 3 times cause it’s still not right. There lazy there rude they are sloppy

Yes it’s slow but they don’t have a sticker system or nearly as many workers as your usual Starbucks so I will forgive them everytime. Shout out to Rhonda who knows my order and is always working her butt off!

Horrible experience!!!! This should not be allowed to be a PJs coffeeshop! It is a disgrace to the Ballard family of great quality establishments. DO NOT STOP HERE!!!!!

This PJs makes me upset every time I go! I order Granitas mostly and every time I order one, I am asked if I want the whipped cream and drizzle. In my head I’m like “well yeah cause I’m paying for a granita that’s comes with all of that”. Today I order one and I get to the window and they asked me if I had a white chocolate mocha. I say no, I ordered a pralines and cream granita. I wait there for a fee minutes and the worker tries to hand me a hot drink and I repeated again that I ordered a granita. Another girl brings my drink to the window (and this one in particular has ALWAYS been so rude) and hands it to me with a flat lid and no whip or drizzle. Why? I ordered my drink and I told them yes to wanting the whip and drizzle and they try to give me the wrong drink then they bring what I ordered incomplete. I wasn’t fixing to deal with the attitude of the girl that brought it to me. I’ve delt with her in the drive thru many times and I’ve corrected her on the whip before and she had an attitude like god forbid I ask for what I pay for. So infuriating and makes me wish Starbucks was in Amite cause at least I don’t get bad experiences from them ever.
