The last 3 times I’ve placed an order for the Spicy East Coast Italian I haven’t received the hot peppers on the sandwich. I called before and complained and they gave me a new sandwich but it keeps happening. Same thing when I ordered today.

Terrible bread. Was the consistency of a crouton! Who inspected the bread and thought it was ok? If the bread shreds and dissolves into dust when you cut it open, don’t make the sandwich on it. Also had my delivery lady call me and tell me to electronically tip so she could clock out.

Not open until 10pm on Sunday. I arrived at 9.50pm on 5/22/22 and the door was locked. Dude was inside cleaning and he gave me the finger knife across the throat to me to tell me they were closed.

Solidly average. Not bad, not great. Had to wait for about ten mins for the employee to make more tuna salad, but she apologized for the wait. The sandwich was fine, though she forgot to cut it in half. No big deal. What I really love about a great Jimmy John’s sandwich though is the soft, fresh bread. The bottom piece of my bread here was somewhat crunchy. The restroom was also closed, which while understandable, is a bummer. Overall, my experience here was fine but nothing special.

Never in my life have I written a review for a restaurant, store, anything. However, this Dinkytown Jimmy John’s continues to light my taste buds on fire with absolute and undying satisfaction. Whoever was working the night shift on 3/15/22 deserves a raise and the title of master sandwich maker. I could tell right away by the way my sandwich was perfectly wrapped that it was beautifully crafted. The inside was even better: ingredients were perfectly layered and proportioned, the bread was soft and tender. As soon as I took a bite, I almost died out of pure bliss. I am convinced they sprinkled magic into my sammy. Not only this, but they were actually freaky fast. By the way, I have no bias or personal association whatsoever with this Jimmy John’s or it’s workers, they just impressed me this much. Every Jimmy John’s should strive to reach this level of perfection.

Despite bringing my certified Emotional Support Animal in with me every other day for a month, I was rudely scolded by the manager for merely picking up an order. She told me that I could not bring my dog in, even though my dog has gone in with me before with no issues. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not go here!

Ordered delivery at 8 at night. Finally called the store at 9:30 because I hadn’t received my order. They said they didn’t have delivery drivers. By that point I had low blood sugar and other affordable food options were closed. Terrible service.
