Nice lil place…. but they need to improve on the food! Why is it that their Mac and Cheese is always “Old”. I want my Mac and Cheese Fresh! When the Cheese is all curded up and Stale….. that is a no go! But- their chicken is good. I recommend their tenders. Not everyone can be perfect.

3rd time here…gal at counter needs training. Ordered 8 piece chicken only, reg coleslaw. Received 6 pieces chicken-2 legs and 4 unrecognizable maybe breasts. Very old, and tasted slightly like fish. Do not order via Grubhub! Restaurant cancelled my order as I pulled into the drive thru due to not having an item I ordered. Manager lied to my face regarding this after speaking with Grubhub confirmed it was indeed cancelled from an employee. I had a $50 order that turned into $100 due to having to reorder! Then we got home I found a hair wrapped around my chicken!!! Every box was cold and tasted old!!! I didn’t receive my 8 sauces that were ordered!!! I’ve eaten at several Popeyes locations in DFW, but this was my first visit to this location. The chicken was everything I hoped it would be! Everything was perfect. The order was correct, and the drive-thru staff were very friendly!

I will NEVER return! Food was blah, they didn’t offer items on website and they forgot our dipping sauce and honey. By the time we went back and returned, our food was cold! No apologies at all!!! In fact, they didn’t want to give up the sauces. Never again!

Terrible service by the manager on duty. Rippin Chicken old and overcooked. Manager did offer to replace, but I had to drive back 17 minutes to pick up. Very inconvenient. She never really apologized either.
