I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. When I was paying the man asked me a question, but I didn’t hear him. Before I could ask him what he said, he yanked my card and shut the door on me! Rude service! 2 times in 3 days! Absolutely unexpectable!!

Last 2 times been there they didn’t even have the strawberry mix they use for the drink I get. I even got a dragon fruit drink that tasted like water. When I told them it was weak they said they run out of mix.

Service is great here. The staff is always very nice and welcoming, and they’re always very fast and efficient with orders, even with usually only a couple of people back there! The set up for this Starbucks location inside of Food City is very nicely decorated, and it of course has a nice miniature Starbucks “store” in front of the location where you can choose to purchase Starbucks cups, coffee grounds, etc. Great place, and convenient for when you’re shopping on the go!!
