This restaurant is Oh my God delicious it is unbelievable subs. They are off this planet. They’re so delicious and the cook even threw in a free pizza for us because unfortunately they don’t have the drivers so they have to do you have to order your food online so it’s a little tricky, especially if your phones slow or you’re not used to using the app to order food but that’s the only downfall it was a little tricky, but we got through it and the food was unbelievable and it was such fast delivery. I give them five thumbs up the only thing that sucked was that online ordering lol.

The employees don’t use gloves or wash their hands while cooking subs. I saw the cook touching his face, nose and then cooking the food. Not very clean. How do you touch the bread after touching your face, nose ?. It’s so unfortunate, I been going to this place for 15yrs. So disappointed. Never going back.

My husband and I decided to try this place, no one was there, but the guy working was busy making orders. No big deal, we will just wait…and wait…and wait. A man from a business next door walked in and waited maybe a few moments before the owner looked at him and addressed him by the name and took his order. The owner continued doing what he was doing and never came back to address us, so we walked out. I will NEVER go back, and nor will I recommend a place that doesn’t even acknowledge customers that are not the “regulars.” All you have to do is acknowledge customers, let them know you’re in the middle of something, and be respectful of their time. I hate to bring race into this, but it is Everett. My husband and I are both minorities and the man that walked in was NOT.

Love coming to these guys. My go to is the Italian sub (only $9!!) but the pizza is fire and the thanksgiving sub is phenomenal. Food is only 1/2 the battle though. The other half is customer service. These guys customer service is always spot on. Always great me when I walk in and actually have a conversation with me while I’m there.
