This place was not very clean and the lady that waited on me was small in stature and small in friendliness. She had no smile or any kind of customer service knowledge. The ice machine was empty, the tea did not taste fresh! Maybe it’s a Pleasanton thing, not sure but not a good place to visit? The Churches in Lytle , Texas is way better!

If I could leave a negative star I would. Sadly you have to leave a star to leave a review. I bought a 20 piece spicy cost me right under $45 of my hard earned money just to get home and find that I got nothing but rocks. So I call this place back just to get laughed at for not asking for a receipt because I thought that I could trust them to not give me rock hard chicken, after all who would leave chicken on the heater long enough for it to petrify? Well they will and they will sell it to you aswell. So since they laughed and wouldn’t do anything to resolve it without a receipt, even though I told them that I still had the chicken, I will post pictures of said chicken in the hopes that nobody makes this mistake with this place ever again. If I could explain how upset I have been left after this incident it would make you run in terror.
