Have always loved Burger King’s & Thee Whoppers! The fries are tasty as well. The drive-up cashier was kind and professional. The place was dead but they still gave me an old dry fish patty. I was surprised it was ready so fast when I usually have to wait longer. I mentioned it was old yesterday fish and they didnt deny but did offer to make a new one. I’m not waiting for spit burger when I was already shown I have NO VALUE. I paid $12something to walk out as a piece of undeserving trash. Still hungry. Pink hair girl thinks I don’t deserve to live.

The staff here is really unprofessional and acts like customers don’t exist half the time, all while staring right at you. They also don’t start making delivery orders until the driver is there to tell them they’re there. This is unacceptable, you are supposed to have the orders made WHEN the drivers arrive, not make us and the customer wait unreasonable amounts of time because you can’t be bothered to do your jobs properly. This will be reported to Uber.

I usually dont think its worth the time to leave negative reviews but this experience was one of the worst. They were incompetent enough to give me the wrong burgers (2), All i asked for were no pickles and light mayo. Finally we got one, and they got angry when i asked for the second one. I had to show them by holding up fingers how many they messed up and had coming to us. He wouldnt stop arguing with me long enough to see what was wrong. In revenge look what they did when they wrapped the replacements. Squished the heck out of it. And THEN wanted to take the originals back into the restaurant to sell to someone else. Looking to go straight to the top over this experience. I cannot believe how rude they were, most of this involves the manager at 11:10AM 12/24/21. I shouldve taken a recording

Don’t bother, my girlfriend walked in to a empty restaurant and parking lot . Half the staff decided it was a good time to come outside for a break. And by break I mean make out and puff on vape devices. 15 minutes later she finally gets her food .

this is the worst place you can come too , they have the worst employees they look like they don’t even want to be there ,if you tell them for extra ranch or ketchup they will give you less on purpose , i’ve found many hairs in my burger which is why i don’t further go there , they always get the order wrong , they are so rude. don’t greet don’t say goodbye

Order was done right, people were fast and polite. Opened my bag and the first thing I saw was a long thick blonde hair wrapped around the fries sitting in the top of the bag. Lost my appetite upon seeing this.
