I’ve made multiple purchases at this location before making this review the food quality is just downright horrible for months the chicken tasted like it was cooked in burned grease then finally cleared up I once ordered a salad for my pregnant wife and it turned out to have slimy rotten lettuce and the final straw is dark nasty fries that seem to have been dropped and cooked twice the quality is a disgrace for the location. The management is obviously serving older food to save money I will not return to this location

Went through drive-through, late, but a good while before closing. They said they were only accepting cash. The lady who spoke over the intercom spoke to us with a nasty attitude. She would ask “what else” before we were finished saying what we were ordering. Then, when we said we didn’t want anything more, she kept asking “what else” repeatedly and didn’t listen for the answer. They didn’t have food ready, so we waited for them to make it. Then they didn’t have the sandwich we ordered but didn’t bother to tell us until we got up to the window. We decided to leave and spend money somewhere else.

The service at this place is horrible. Both drive thru & inside dining. When I went through drive thru, the line always move so slowly. They take forever to respond to the intercom when to order. After finish ordering they will make you go park and wait for the order. Long wait time at the order ahead spot. Very rude staff. I always have a problem with this location!

Meh. just left their drive-through after waiting 31 minutes for a Zalad. No explanation, no apology. Just snarky, condescending employees nonchalantly selling average fried chicken. Huey Magoos may be farther away, but I’d have already finished a better meal if I’d gone there instead.

Dining area is nasty. Its a bunch of lazy no manners kids that work there. In the front Need better management. Its no way in down time the lobby tables nasty. As you enter the front door the trash is nasty. Will not eat here again. You don’t even deserve one star. I didn’t even eat.

Just left Zaxbys and as usual the drive thru was terrible. It took 10 minutes for them to take order after waiting forever just to get to the ordering intercom. They take one order at a time & make you wait until that order is filled. The employees are rude and act as if they could careless.
