This was my second time visiting The Wing Factory. The first time the service was excellent. The lightskin male server I had today was horrible. He came to the table to take our order and mumbled “people don’t know what they want I’m sitting here talking to ‘em. I asked him for water and he went over by the arcade and started eating himself. The hostess ended up bringing the water for me. Let’s not forget about the bartender that rudely greeted us about seating. I never received service this horrible.

Quest and Consume
We tried the fish tacos and the wings and weren’t impressed by either, unfortunately. The fish in the tacos was very mushy and hard to eat, and the wings had an odd flavor, like maybe the oil in the fryer was getting old. Our server was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of, but the kitchen closed 30 minutes prior to closing, which was a little frustrating when they offered trivia that was still on going and didn’t indicate prior that the kitchen closed early . We were 1st time visitors and wont be back based on our experience, as there are better places to enjoy a Thursday night in the area.

We had great service. If ordering the Hot Lemon Pepper Wings, specify your level of heat and sauce level ! (Maybe less dry seasoning to tone heat and saltiness down). Make sure to add ranch/bleu cheese dressing and a cold beer to cool mouth down. Seasoned fries good also.

Although the food was good, typical wing place type food, the service was a disaster. We had a large group and they messed up almost everyone’s order. The poor waitress was so frazzled by the time we FINALLY almost all got our food (some people gave up and canceled their orders), we had to wait over an hour to be able to pay. Yes, we should have called ahead to let them know we were coming, but simply having a method to the madness would have solved the entire problem we were extremely patient and understanding and were NOT treated well by 2 of the workers. Our waitress was very friendly and tried her best, but just didn’t know how to deal with a large group. A couple of people in our group went to bar to ask for their drinks after waiting for 45 minutes for a Coke and a diet Coke. They were told the drinks were coming and they couldn’t get them at the bar. They couldn’t even get glasses for water for another 10 minutes. RIDICULOUS! We had no silverware, nor were we ever brought any (several of us had saldas ans veggies that required forks). Someone ended up getting up and getting some himself for our group at the peril of being told he couldn’t do that either. There is a hotel right across the street. I cannot believe that they have not figured out a system for serving large groups. No attempt was made to make the situation right and we were basically told it was our fault for not calling. We were very patient and honest. We could have just up left and not paid our bills, but we patiently waited in line to pay one by one while we told them AGAIN (at least 4 times by now) what we each had. Not a pleasant experience. Groups beware!!! Probably fine for a couple or small group, but don’t bother if you’ve got more than that.

Pretty lowkey place with good food. We ordered the potatoe skins to start, and order of chili fries, hot honey jerk wings (delish), and order of lemon pepper wings ( not as good as the jerk but still good) and some onion rings. The drinks were cold and the staff was friendly. It’s a yes for me!

Wings were hot and delicious so was the shrimp poboy tater tots hot and crispy drinks are a plenty and refills are free. Teddy was an awesome waiter. Atmosphere calm and quiet today but looks as though it can get a little livley. Although it’s our first time here 5 stars.

Best traditional wings! Homemade blue cheese dressing. Hotlemonyaki sauce!! I could drink the sauce! It’s that good. Staff is very friendly. I have to get my wing fix weekly. Best wings around! IMO
