Ordered large iced white chocolate mocha with ice on the side. They filled the left cup all the way up. Then they pour half the left cup out with me standing there watching them make my ordered,and jipped and ripped me off by filling it up with whip cream.

I absolutely love Starbucks pink drink however, this location is always out of things. I go here almost every day on my lunch break however, one day my drink will be five dollars and some change and the last time that I went my drink was right at nine dollars that is ridiculous just for a drink. Tell me how my drink can change by that much, the staff are somewhat rude

Came into this Starbucks at 8:55pm this evening to get a Caramel Macchiato but was told that wasn’t possible because apparently they shut down the machines before they close. So disappointed and confused as to why Starbucks employees would shut everything down before closing. Get it together #Starbucks and check how your employees are operating your stores

They overcharged me and whenever I go to Starbucks I paid 476 for an iced coffee with white mocha they charged me almost $6 and still wanted to charge me more because the cashier supposedly did not ring up the white mocha sauce which is ridiculous and then they didn’t even make it right and it took them over 25 minutes to make the one coffee I did get and it is not even correct and where I’m late to work I can’t get it remade so there go no coffee this morning thank you for nothing for making me pay for coffee I can’t even drink

Tried to get coffee at 8:30 tonight and was told they were closed. Got home and checked Google and see that their posted hours are 6am-9pm. Usually friendly and helpful workers here, but the young man working the closing shift tonight seemed to have zero work ethic or motivation to do his job.
