Ordered half pepperoni and half sausage but received meat lover which my kids don’t like so I asked for a refund or the pizza I ordered and they said no they can only give credit so I informed them the last time they messed up on my food and said they were giving me credit they never did so if going to give me credit can I get his name so he said no he can’t give me his name then put me on hold for a hour then hung up. Never again will I eat from any pizza hut because they keep messing up my order and THEY DONT CARE!!

We watched the commercial wanted pepperoni lovers with note indicating pineapple on the side as only 1person isn’t allergic and placed order on Uber eats!! NEVER AGAIN!! I Have to wait normal business days to get refund and pizza was damn near raw dough!!! unacceptable PIZZA HUT. Ruined a Valentines Day Suprise..Shame on your company name!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Worst customer service, no compassion for customers. Was left on hold several times for over 15 minutes each time, even when supposedly being transferred to a manager. All i wanted at that point was a refund and they did not even have the courtesy to do that. If you can avoid this store please do so, not worth the disrespect!

Probably never going to order from this one again. Everytime I order something it takes 40 min to an hour longer than what the estimated delivery/wait time. Last night I waited over an hour and my cheese sticks were cold crunchy and hard, clearly overcooked. Everything else was cold as well (ordered a party box with one pizza bread sticks and cinnamon sticks). I called them around the hour mark from ordering (thinking maybe the pizza wasn’t ready by the time it said it was, because that’s happened before when they are busy) and I didn’t even have to say my name or order number they knew they hadn’t delivered my pizza yet… All I said was I ordered pizza an hour ago.. Even tho it said it was on the way 30 minutes prior through text. The fact it had been sitting there at the restaurant and got COLD and they still delivered the pizza to me!! The guy who answered the phone literally said the delivery driver just left a few mins ago with my pizza when I called so they waited over 30 mins to even deliver my pizza. . By the time I got the pizza and cheese sticks I just ate it because I wasn’t going to wait another hour for them to deliver me a new one.

This location is terrible!! They got my order wrong. I reached out to them and I was advised I would receive a credit on a future order. I never received an emailed confirmation or any other form of communication. Now, I am unable to get in contact with the actual store location as the number listed is routed to a call center and they can’t help with any “credit” issues. I was transferred 10 times. Each time it was a CSR unable to assist me. Order at your own risk!

Pizza was cold on arrival, over cooked and you could tell it day under the heater for a very long time. Delivery online stated 35 mon for delivery. I didn’t mind waiting a little longer but another hour to do recurve food I needed to reheat. We live 2 miles away mind you. Do not deliver. Also I had to call almost a dozen times because their line continued to hang up on me over and over before getting to someone. Worst order and waste of my money.
