Disappointing that their lobby wasn’t open so we had to order at the counter which was hard to see and hear the staff. Prices were way more expensive than we expected too. Food was shockingly good, so maybe we just picked pricey options? The covered outdoor area was pretty clean, but the parking lot was covered in cigarette buds like there was no ash trays around. Just overall kind of disappointing. Maybe it would be better to just get delivery since the pizza was the star.

Made it look like the sauce and fries came with, but each item was charged separately one of the sandwiches ordered was suppose to be 18 or 19 dollars was 30 dollars could have ordered a full course meal somewhere else will not go back. It’s almost literally a hole in the wall where pizza is passed through. The doors were locked with a sign directing you to the side window where orders are taken. The lady that took the order was very friendly and the food came out and a reasonable time, as obviously it takes time to prepare food. The cheese steak was very good. It’s difficult to mess up cheese steak in my opinion, but that that doesn’t take away from the quality of this one. The garlic fries were pretty good. Not really sure what was missing, but nothing to complain about at all. There was patio seating available. This was right next door to a gas station/convenience store and a porta toilet. I hope to stop by and try more of their food some day!

This was our first experience with Otis Pizzeria, and it certainly won’t be our last. We had a pepperoni extra cheese pizza delivered to our hotel room. It took longer than expected, so we did have to call to find out where our order was. The woman who answered apologized profusely and let us know that only 3 people were working that night, including the driver. We completely understood, considering it was the 4th of July week and continued to wait. When our pizza arrived, we were a bit worried it would be cold or not as good since they were short-handed. We were so wrong! Crispy crust, great sauce, and excellent details such as added parm and crushed pepper packets. We will definitely order from them again!

WOW! WOW! WOW! My husband and I have lived in LC for while now and have yet to find our “pizza spot.” That has changed tonight. I am so happy we decided to order from here. You get what you pay for. No doubt. Large portions, good quality, tastes DELICIOUS and we have so much food left over! The ranch is so good too! We were quoted 2 hours for delivery and 45 mins for take-out so we decided to pick up. 45 mins for everything we got, on a Friday night on fourth of July weekend? Not bad at all. Every bit was worth it. We will be back!
