Ordering through the app here is just a horrible experience. Wait time is 15 minutes plus. Usually using the app makes the trip much faster, not here. It’s ridiculous. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt maybe I went when they were busy, so I try again and again and it’s the same thing. I watch car after car go through the drive through as I sit and wait. C’mon guys you gotta do better. The food is always hot and the fries are always fresh through so that’s a plus.

I was asked by manager Jazmin to sit in a parking spot and wait for my food after paying. An employee showed up soon- with the wrong order. I also let this employee know I hadn’t gotten the correct drink and asked them to please bring the correct one when they brought the food.

TERRIBLE, JUST TERRIBLE. Majority of the time I’ve been there, I’ve had to wait at least 20 minutes to get a simple order. Last night was the worst, I was the only person in the drive through, but it took them five minutes to come on the intercom to get my order. Paid for my order, pull up and was told to pull up to the next window to wait for my order. Waited 20 minutes to get a filet of fish, double cheeseburger and fries. Got home and the filet of fish is hanging outside the bun and is either burnt or old and reheated. I am done with this McDonalds.

Apparently if the manager isn’t there they can’t work. I tried to get someone’s attention for 15 minutes through the drive thru finally saw a worker come outside. He advised they had been open for 2 hours but nothing was prepped because the manager just got there. Why do they have to wait for the manager to get there to start anything?

For a new McDonalds this place is a disaster. There was garbage everywhere, rips and stains on all the booths/furniture. Half the sodas were out and they had no ice or lids for the fountain drinks. Surprised to see this from a Schmidt McDonalds.
