The big big feminine guy was very rude. I ordered a half dozen donuts and he starts tk out them in a little white bag. (Like really) i asked him “arent they supposed to go in a box?” He sucked his teeth, rolled his eyes, and looked at the sky, scoffed amd said ” well i mean if you want them too.” (With the most basketball wives attitude you would ever hear). Then he pulled my donuts out and started having a mini tenper tantrum ripping the bag they were originally in and throwing the little white paper he used to grab them with. I then said “Having a rough day today huh?” He didnt respond and i didnt comment anything else and we continued the transaction and that was that. Date:April 7th 2022 at 4:45pm.

When I went into their store, they were very nice and my order was correct. Their donut trays were full, so I got six French Crullers and six Apple Crumb donuts. Their Vanilla Chai was just right.

Horrible customer service nasty attitude from the older guy who has many bad reviews on here he should be fired or removed. I went in today trying to get a coffee and without a greeting (on Christmas) the older man in the back proceeded to speak to me with an attitude asking me what I wanted to order I asked for more time to look at the menu once I knew what I wanted I went to order and he stated ” Just like you were to busy earlier I am to busy now” absolutely disgusting. The lest you can do when you own a business is have a nice demeanor and offer good customer service. NEVER GOING BACK! go to another dunkin doughnuts these people do not deserve your money.
