After a literal 45 min wait in the drive thru, (Fast Food ) We got a total, 5 of the 9 items correct, the other 4 weren’t received. The smash burgers were actually smashed. No fries, instead soggy bag of onion rings that weren’t ordered. Everything was covered in open honey mustard packets. The burgers were cold as was everything else.

I was doordashing in the area and came to pick up an order from this store. I just wanted to say they’re working so hard and the customer service is great. My order wasn’t ready for pick up yet, but the man behind the counter offered me a drink for the wait. His personality was so warm and inviting, I didn’t catch his name but he had dark hair, a dark mustache and beard and was a little skinny and warm smile. Completely professional and the store was clean. 5 stars just for the simple fact I can tell they take their jobs seriously and keep such a neat store. Awesome job!! If I didn’t live so far I’d come back myself just because they were so great.

24 minutes in the drive thru with no customers inside and 2 cars ahead, a little excessive. The lady at the drive thru never spoke a single word. When I said thank you, I’m not sure if she said yeah, or just grunted at me. Cold fries to match the atmosphere of this place.

Good was pretty good. My wife good a burger and ordered grilled onions on her burger. I got a different burger but couldn’t have my onions grilled because there wasn’t a button to push for that option for my burger. Not a huge fan of the little shoe string fries.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. I am aware that as a Latino I do not speak English perfectly well but I know how to order my food clearly where I want to go but here I was served by a young lady who was stupid by giving me the opposite of what I ordered. the question is will i come back to this specific place? the answer is no. It is because of people like her that many restaurants go bankrupt.

Today went to Freddy’s ordered #5. And didn’t have jalapeños. Why? I didn’t ask for no jalapeños? And got two lemonades when only asked for one and a Mountain Dew. The young man African American speaks slower monotone, he didn’t leave any of the ordered at all. He just kept doing what he wanted. I told him it was wrong but he kept saying I was. And I knew what I said and ordered. Please make sure we are listening to customers.

When this Freddy’s opened, we were absolutely thrilled, because it was close to where we live. The first couple of times here were pleasant and enjoyable but became increasingly more disappointing. Today was the worst. We ordered (the young lady was very pleasant and helpful), and got seated to await our food. When our number was called, another customer jumped up thinking it was his number. He then began touching our food. At first, I thought it was just a natural mistake. The customer apologized. No problem. Here’s were the problem began. The young man who was assisting the cook was very cooperative and took our touched food and began working to replace our order. This made the cook mad, and he began yelling at the young man, grabbed the food from his hands and literally threw the food in the garbage continuing to ridicule and yell at the young worker. This was absolutely not the young worker’s fault. I told the cook that it was not the fault of his coworker, but he just glared at me. He wouldn’t say anything to me…just glared. This was totally unacceptable, because not only I saw his immature behavior but other customers as well. No one deserves to be yelled at like that cook yelled at his helper (helper was innocent). We will not be returning, and by the look of other customers, they will not as well. It’s a shame!

45+ minutes from ordering to getting my food. No idea what is going on at this Freddy’s. The girl at the window was very nice and apologetic. By the time I got to the window the ice in the drinks was melted. At window it took nearly 10 minutes to get food. Fries were cold. The guy in front of me must have made a stink because the manager came to the window and gave him free coupons. Non-confrontational people just get to deal with it. I know everyone has bad days but it would be nice if you guys could at least tell people when they order that’s it’s going to be a long time to get food.
