I ordered garlic knots and a plain cheese pie today through DoorDash. Pizza was amazing ! Very flavorful and perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Definitely my top 5 in the area (and I’m from NY). Garlic knots were delicious too! Soft on the inside, crispy and buttery on the outside.

Bought calamari for lunch took a bite and could not chew it. It was so tough and the calamari rings were so wide and thick. I brought it up to the counter I said, can I have this to take home please I can’t eat it. It’s tough the response from the woman at the counter was OK put it in the car, then had them package it to go and then said have a nice day will not be going back and I like going there. I think your food is good but not after this and that Customer Service sucked.

Eh. Not that impressed. The Buffalo chicken pizza and bruschetta were huge disappointments. The pepperoni was good. But the bruschetta was just bread with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Where is the balsamic glaze? Where is the oil? The liquid? It was dry and not at all what bruschetta is. The Buffalo chicken was what we were most excited for and unfortunately it was just chicken on a pizza. I have a feeling it was frozen chicken chunks on there too. All in all, probably won’t go back but worth the shot.

Very flavorful food. I always look forward to eating their food, however only seems to be on a take out basis. Their menu is fabulous. Their chefs and cook seem to really enjoy making food that is delicious. I really appreciate that. Oh, try the garlic knots!

We’ve loved Marinelli’s for years. But tonight they sent food that was inedible… And, when I called I was told that “I needed to stop talking and listen.” They had run out of lasagna, so sent ziti, no garlic for the sauteed spinach, so they sent cold spinach… Again ~ we adored this place!

Tonight 3/14/2023, we placed an order for three simple dinners. One was correct, the other two had the eggplant missing. On top of that I was charged extra for items that were missing. When returned to rectify the issue the establishment was closed. It was 915pm. They close at 930pm. I have to state they are so unreliable. This is going to be the last time we will order from them. After yesterday’s dinner disaster, I called the establishment to get my meal refunded. I spoke to Maurico who confirmed that the cook didn’t add the eggplant to our meal. There fix was to refund $4 for the missing eggplant. My request is to have the whole meal refunded. He was not willing to honor my request. He prefered to have me bring in the leftover food that my family and I didn’t eat to grant me a refund at their discretion. How petty is that. We lived in the area for 20 years and ordered from them. If they admitted an error make up for the error and to move along. I got a response from another individual simply saying that I can go elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for years since I’ve been working in Easton and I’ve never had bad treatment here. I called in my order which was a slice and pick it up . There was a woman in line in front of me. She paid for her order and then sat down to wait for it. I step up closer to the counter and the woman didn’t even look at me and turned her back towards me to watch the pizzas in the oven i guess. I kept looking in her direction and the cooks direction to let them know I’m waiting. The cook tells her in Spanish that I’m waiting… she turned around looks at me and says something back to him. She still didn’t ask me what i need. Eventually when the woman before food was ready, she took it and left. Then the woman came back to the counter and ask me if I need something …. DUHH THIS IS A PIZZERIA , I’m not here just to watch. I told her i was waiting for my order that i CALLED IN. Conveniently it was sitting in a bag all packed up and ready. She gives it to me and says “oh i thought u were with the lady”… how did u think i was with the previous customer when SHE SAT DOWN AND I WAS STANDING AT THE COUNTER WITH MY CASH IN MY HAND. The pizza is great here but I’ll never step foot in here again because of this woman. Any time the men wait on me I’m GREETED and I’m in and out.

Stick with their pizza. I’ve had it and always solid. Staff is always very nice and welcoming. This review based only on an Italian hoagie and a chicken cheese steak hoagie. Their menu calls them “subs,” so I adjusted my expectations accordingly. I’m also a diehard Primo fan, always getting the sharp Italian. That’s the place to go for a hoagie! This “sub” is fine if you’re not familiar with Philly hoagies and just want a big ham and cheese w/ LTO sandwich. Fair job with the rolls, though I don’t think they’re Amoroso, they are fresh and just the right kind of chewy. Taste was pretty bland overall. Meat looked to be just two slices of boiled ham and one of salami and provolone, no capacola or prosciutto. The lettuce was fresh enough but cut in roughly 1/4 inch strips vice shredded finely. I could not detect any spices like oregano, salt, pepper. The chicken cheesesteak hoagie was similar. Couldn’t detect any cheese. Same wide-cut lettuce. Anywhere outside of this area these would be perfectly acceptable. In this area they were pretty average.
