Was recommended to try Godfathers pizza, what a major let down!,@ least at this location. Ordered a CLASSIC COMBO with extra black olives & extra mushrooms( pepperoni,beef,sausage, black olives,& mozzarella),1st after a long wait ( note) we were the only people in the place. They not only got the pizza totally wrong,especially considering the Manger suggested it & there is a picture of it on the wall[ what we got as of first didn’t notice it] was a plain pizza with barely any extra topping we ordered, I went to the salad bar to add Exactly 5 black olives & was immediately scolded harshly by a young manager, stating this is for if you ordered a salad bar order in which you did not! Embarrassed, and thought he was Quite rude, i replied Im sorry i didnt know. Then went back to the table only to realize you could count the toppings & wrong pizza completely. I went up to the counter & asked for the managers supervisor, was greeted with even more rude & stern Attitude, would not comment on getting the entire order wrong & was told again I should of not of tried to get any topping from the salad bar. Considering wrong pizza & barely any toppings that was ordered as Xtra toppings, and both managers had no sense of customer service,professionalism or even common politeness much less a simple I’m sorry nor to even try to rectify the problem, I would not recommend going to this Godfathers nor will I ever go back there! The pizza it’s self was okay considering it was a plain pizza at best, but for the price of over $ 30.00 I would expect more. BUYING BEWARE… Godfathers ( Train your employees) on manners/ professionalism and basic customer service!!!!!!

I haven’t seen or eaten at a Godfather’s Pizza in over 30 years. I didn’t even know they were still around. Got a to go order. Fast and friendly service. Food was okay.

Had the classic Godfathers pizza buffet. Tasted like classic Godfathers too. Soda fountain was fresh. Felt pretty much like a CiCis or Pizza Street though, so pretty basic. That’s probably the best way to keep Godfathers going, I suppose. Pizza dine in is kind of dead unless its premium. Hope to see more of them.

So being the only one there and had placed an online order 20 mins before arriving, I get told it will be up in a min and they proceed to take two others orders and they git service before they asked what the name in my order was again. Waited another 20 min before them handing me my pizza. Kids working with unorganized manager. Minskys has better pizza and service, so I will be spending my money where I get good service and great food.

Ordered delivery. No body reads the notes section to bring Parmesan cheese and red peppers first time. Second time I called and guess what same thing happened. I also paid for two things of ranch and two things of blue cheese for our wings guess what didn’t get either. And no one would correct or refund we live half a block away. Their answer is to call the owner the next day!!! Customer service sucks. No you should be making it right and have the owner call me!!!

Food is great, staff was pleasant but for some reason would not allow me add addition toppings on a pizza special that was offered, even with addition topping prices being listed on their menu. I give it a 3 star rating account having to pay specialty pizza price then substituting 1 topping. But after paying then downloading their app was able to add toppings to the special as originally requested.

I wish I tried this place sooner in north kc. We tried every place nearby and it wasn’t that good. However, Godfathers makes good pizza! The prices are reasonable and this pizza had enough toppings and cheese ratio. Highly recommend it! The cashier was a young man who was very nice. He even gave me coupons for next time. Keep up the good work!
