Not only is the inside modern, clean, and cute, the food is outstanding. Some friends and I had a Thai feast one evening and went back for Japanese the next day for lunch. I don’t usually like places that specialize in more than one type of cuisine but they really know both. The prior reviews that mention spice levels as approachable are accurate. We like Thai spicy/hot food and it wasn’t spicy enough for us. The waitress was very kind and accommodating, and brought out dried Thai pepper flakes in a small dish.

We were so excited to hear about a Thai restaurant in Waukesha! Luckily it’s also fantastic. The food was all really good and fresh. The service was some of the best we’ve had in years. Some of our group doesn’t have much experience with Thai cuisine and loved the introduction to Thai tea.

I didn’t have any high hope for the authenticity of Thai food in WI. And I was slapped with the flavourful, stay-to-the-root, refreshing presentation of what Mom’s Kitchen was offering.

I’ve heard that they just opened up and we wanted to visit. The food was so good. Staffs were so friendly and attentive. My favorite dish was stir fried holy basil beef with fried egg. Didn’t get a chance to try their sushi yet but will come back for it! Moreover, I love decoration of Asian modern vibes ❤️ love it!

Fun little Asian food place. It was nearly empty but I suspect it won’t be for long. The chicken satay was delicious and my favorite of this meal. The soup had a lot of meat but was more acidic than I expected. The sushi roll was fresh and clean. The lunch prices were delightfully reduced making easy to come back to try more things. I look forward to coming back!

As a local Real Estate Broker who is expected to constantly refer out DELICIOUS restaurants in the Waukesha area, Mom’s Kitchen is by far #1. I came here recently for a casual girls night to split a couple items and nosh on some wine of course. So grateful that this establishment came to add diverse cuisine to my home town.

I’m Thai, and I can confidently say this is, by far, the best Thai food in the area. The food is delicious, fresh, and clean. You can really tell they put a lot of thought and work into making the food and the menu. I really love fried papaya salad (Som Tum Tood) and Mom’s Holy Basil. The place is very spacious and kid-friendly as well. There is a lot of room for my newborn. 🙂

I’ve eaten Thai food all over the US and in other countries (not including Taiwan yet), and this is the finest Thai food I have ever eaten.

We’ve been excited for weeks for them to open and it was well worth the wait! Their soft opening menu showcases an awesome variety of food and the dishes we ordered were fantastic! Although I was far too full for dessert, I couldn’t pass it up and although I wasn’t able to try the mango rice (it was made too sour) the waitresses recommendation of the coconut pudding was OUTSTANDING! We will definitely be regulars at this establishment!
