The waitress was super nice. I think her name was Lety. She fixed our problems in a very polite way great service. I was disappointed because they gave me a broken cup that had a hole and was leaking my coffee. They gave me a nasty fork.

Original Denny’s in McAllen is my favorite and they never disappoint. Was greeted by friendly staff, along with my waitress, Emelin. Since I was alone, I decided to sit at the counter, where I was greeted immediately by Emelin. Surprisingly, my order came out within minutes of placing and everything was on point. Emelin came around frequently asking if everything was ok or if I needed anything….by far, the best waitress I’ve had in a long time. All of the staff I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

Im amazed at the hard work these workers do from the cooks, servers & waiters. Wow sat by the bar to avoid the wait and boy was I surprised of how quickly they work from getting a tremendous amount of orders out to keeping their cool at such rush hours. Makes me appreciate them even more. Great team work

When we walked in, the girl at the front desk was kinda rude. I’m giving 5 stars because Rosie,our server did an excellent job! She was very attentive to my elderly parents and greeted us with a smile. She was patient and polite and made us feel welcome. Our food was served promptly and everything was delicious. All in all, a pleasant dining experience.
