Food was super delicious! We had the chicken chilli momo, veggie bancha set, chicken tikka masala and naan. Everything fresh. Drinks were fabulous; I’m still thinking about the gingertini- refreshing and spicy with fresh ginger and just the right sweetness to balance the heat of the dishes. Neighborly atmosphere. Service and music was warm and welcoming. Portions large and prices reasonable. Easy parking. What more could you ask for! This will be a new go-to for us.

The food was BANGING. I went all the way from Boston to Watertown because my friend said she got a recommendation to come and it was nice. I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Naan. The Biryani was spicy even at extra mild. The fried chicken kothey momos were juicy and flavorful. The service was a bit slow, but it was worth it. They made a birthday cake for our order and the live singer sang happy birthday for my friend. It was a really nice experience!

We were created by a wonderful smiling gentleman named Anil who I relied on to assist me with my meal choices. My wife knew what she wanted The restaurant was very clean with nice sized booth room. Everything was made to order and delicious. We will be returning to Chulo hopefully sooner than later. Starter was papadam bread that has caraway seeds. The water is also great.

We had a party of six which included an automatic gratuity but there was still the gratuity screen and if it was made clear in the menu I missed it. The food was good, and I ended up taking some home. I wish the take out containers had not been Styrofoam.

Since moving to Watertown in June Chulo has become our favorite spot! Great family atmosphere and the owners are wonderful. The food is always amazing – dining in or delivery! Our most recent visit they surprised us with a slice of cake for our son’s birthday! We love it here!

I actually found this place average at best. Momos we had were awful. The customer service was super slow but I guess that had more to do with the crowd. They forgot about our drinks and we had to remind them after a while which kinda ruined the dinner. I also didn’t like the plate on which the “Khaja Set” was served. Music was enjoyable though.

We had a dinner here in the middle of October, in their outside dining area. The food was really good and pretty authentically Nepalese (been there). Can’t say enough about the service. It was super friendly and excellent. Great experience, reasonable prices.

The food here was so great! The naan was thick and delicious the raita was creamy and cut the heat on other dishes. I live in Watertown and now we have a new spot for Indian food. I was shocked in a great way when I saw the size of the rice. Well done. I did pick up rather than have it delivered and I have to say there where only two families in the restaurant who where seated on opposite sides,(Covid) and the two employees that I saw where working hard! I’ll definitely be back
