I would like to compliment the young man, Avanti who works at this location. I’ve came to this location twice and his funny demeanor, and pleasant personality remained the same both visits. It’s so refreshing in the world of bad customer service to have someone add a little joy and laughter to your face after a long day at work. today. I despise horrible customer service and this young man has reassured me that great customer service isn’t dead. On another note, the burgers were decent and fries were fresh.

I had to rate it a star to review it but it definitely deserves negative star(s) i ordered 2 bacon doubles with extra pickles, a sprite and a root beer, it cane with fries and I got a side of cheese sticks. First off the cheese sticks resemble sweet potatoes fries more than cheese sticks the sprite was brown, the fries and the burger was cold and Hard like they’ve been sitting there all day. This was the biggest disappointment ever. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Definitely a major difference depending on what area you are in. The worker that said he had just came in was dirty and definitely unkempt. The restaurant was nasty. They were out of Coke, and DID NOT tell me and decided to just give me anything…cherry coke and regular coke are 2 different drinks uuhhh duuhh , and the fries were cold and the Texas Whopper only had 1 piece of bacon! I had to tell the cashier to give me my card back ! They need to shut this awful down!
