5-Stars! KFC is back! Perfect chicken. Sweet people. Spotless restaurant, kitchen and bathroom. I haven’t seen a KFC like this in over 15 years. Tried their new chicken nuggets and was not impressed. Quite small in size, and they were a bit dry. The taste of the 11 herbs and spices is there, which is a plus. However these nuggets are not a good value for your dollar.

Bought 8 piece meal online when I went to pick it up the food was all cold, chicken was one drumstick and 7 wings all VERY small. We ordered a 64oz drink container and got there we had 1 large drink is all they would give us as replacement because they no longer carry the 64oz container that is still on there order menu. Also looked in bag and 1 large side was Missing, no plates or utensils we ordered, and listed several packages of ketchup, honey, and hot sauce. Told employee at register they were on receipt but missing in order bag. She got a little bit of attitude not bad but proceeded to say if we would have ordered them they would be in order. I showed her receipt online and their own copy stick to order bag with everything listed. Employee then went and got large side that was missing but said they were out of everything else. The plates, utensils, and condiments were in multiple stacks and baskets directly behind her in open view but since they were free on order I just looked at them counted my losses just glad to have what I did. I just smiled wished her a good night and let it go life is to short to sweat the small stuff but I doubt I’ll be going back at least not for very long time. Was very disappointed

Staff was amazing! We arrived at 8pm and didn’t realize the lobby closes at 8 and drive through was open till 9. Cashier greeted us with a smile and even offered to let us dine in (we chose not to as we are not that type of person… we know what it’s like to want to leave work ASAP). Our Togo order was hot, fresh (even right at closing) and delicious!

Went in and ordered the #6 combo, original and all white meat. Supposed to be $9.99. Was charged an extra 1.59 for the white meat and only got 1 breast and 2 wings. Have ordered this combo many times and I have never been charged extra for the white meat and always got 2 breast and 1 wing. Don’t know what is going on but I will not be back. Over $13.00. Never again.
