The food here was very good. My wife and I split the Mongolian beef, crab Rangoon, and dragon roll. The quality and size of sushi was great for the price. Nigiri is not overpriced like it is at some places. The unagi and masago was very good. The dining area is very small and might not work out with a large group but it was fine for our small family. They were doing a lot of take out business also while we were seated. Atmosphere is very casual. The wait staff was very friendly and our food came out quick and was very fresh. Just a few very minor things to note, they forgot a serving spoon for our dish and also did not bring us new plates for our sushi after we were done with our other entree. The overall experience and quality was positive and I would still rate them five stars for food quality and overall service. Would would definitely dine here again.

This is hands down the best Asian restaurant in elmhurst. I always get the sweet potato rolls. They are amazing with a crunchy tempura. The vegetarian caterpillar rolls are also a favorite of mine. Fresh avocado on top with the sweet potato tempura inside. The chef/owner is the sweetest man ever. I brought my vegan friend once and he was so accommodating in making her special orders so she could try some of my favorites while adhering to her dietary restrictions. They also have milk teas which are absolutely delicious, including a vegan friendly almond milk tea. This place is a must try!

Amazing Asian food! They serve the best pot stickers I have ever had and the egg rolls were very good too. I had the hunan spicy pork and the red dragon roll sushi and both were fantastic. I will definitely eat at Ni Hao again.

The food is good, but their service is not. We did a carry out order and the food was still not ready 30 minutes later. This has happened multiple times for us where we show up when they tell us it will be ready. After 2 times of waiting much longer than told, we won’t be going back a 3rd.

Affordable price, Great sushi, EXCEPTIONAL service! Since I can’t have food with alcohol in it for religious reasons, They made sure that we had the soy sauce that we can have and even had a gluten free option. And when my sister complained that her food isn’t hot enough so they got her a new plate and were so nice about it! And my dad got a poke bowl that was also delicious and their non sushi options are also really good. Definitely would come again!
