Don’t waste your time!! Service is horrible and they could care less about the customer. They should set hours to be “whenever we feel like working”. I can’t select anything for the review options because I got nothing! Clean house and figure it out or close the store and bring in a place that will actually enjoy taking care of their paying customers. Management must know how bad this is, and if not the Taco Bell franchise should step in!

Showed up about 2:30 in the afternoon on a weekday and walked in. After walking in, I was told only the drive thru was open. Joined the drive thru line and waited – when I get to the window, the lady was incredibly rude when I simply asked to ensure the extra cheese was added as requested and paid for. She basically told me “bye”. I had not been here in at least a year when I swore I would never go back after horrible food/lack there of…..but maybe this time I will learn my lesson. This Taco Bell either needs to shut down or needs new management – it’s horrible!!

I would recommend anyone in the area to try this taco bell once, just to experience the novelty of the world’s worst taco bell. I have been here about a dozen times and have successfully received food around 6 of those times. I only keep returning because it’s right by my apartment and I am a buffoon. Store hours mean nothing here, they open and close when they feel like it. God forbid you want sauce with your meal. I tried going inside to grab the sauce they forgot, and one of the employees who was hanging out outside saw me, and ran inside and locked the door in my face. Rather than tell me they were drive through only, because using words is asking for too much.

Everything was slack here! The cinnamon twist taste like it was fried in old car oil like seriously slack! I asked for extra sour cream didn’t get any on the taco or on the side I will make my own tacos for now on this store seriously needs to be shut down nothing but bad reviews about the same thing…….Straight up disgusting!!! DHEC definitely needs to visit!! And service was so off I had two drinks with my order and was forgotten about until i ask about them. YALL NEED BETTER WORKERS!!

That might very well be the most original taco I’ve ever had! I usually order other things but I decided to put a old fashioned taco into my cravings box… And oh my god, I don’t remember having something so good from Taco Bell. As long as you make sure that your original tacos are great… Nobody will have anything or any issues with any order

I’ve never swwn such an inconsistent or consistently bad Taco Bell. They’re closed in the middle of the day, or the dining room is closed for “staffing reasons” yet they’ve got 4-6 people standing outside the front door smoking, or sitting in their car doing the same. Food is good when you can get it.

Laughed at by employees for ordering in the dining room. They were closed at 7 on a weekday inside? Door was unlocked… Employees were having more fun on their AirPods and phones than working. Open the dining room back up or close your location. If the employees have time to lounge in the dining room on their shifts open it up for paying guests.

Don’t come here I came here with my family on our trip back home and the tables were sticky, the restaurant was a mess, they didn’t have soda, and their costumer service was bad. They didn’t serve us they just told us to use the kiosk. We got the cinna twist and they were terrible you could tell the oil was bad it tasted like bug spray and chemicals.Their men’s bathroom was clogged up and the woman’s bathroom wasn’t clean at all. The employees had their stuff all over the dining room. When we went to leave they were making fun of my disabled dad saying “help I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” DO NOT GO HERE!
