I went there this morning (it’s Monday) around 9 to get coffee and breakfast because Google said it was open at 6am. I waited outside the gate (because McDonald’s was actually not open) for a few minutes, hoping the lady at the counter would see me and tell me when they were actually opening. She finally saw me and told me they would open with the rest of the mall at 10am. I, hoping to make her aware of the hours error on Google, said that Google reported her store was already open. I wasn’t being nasty or aggressive, but she then abruptly and aggressively told me that there were tons of other McDonald’s in the area and to go to one of those instead and that she was too occupied with what she was doing to continue talking. This was 1) one of the worst-feeling experiences of treatment I have ever experienced at McDonald’s or anywhere, and 2) it was horrible because I was on foot and the other McDonald’s, while accessible by car, are very far to walk to. So I went to Burger King on Regional Street instead and could not recommend them more highly. Friendly people and delicious Croissanwiches.

I arrived at this location at 9:50 am on a Thursday to find the restaurant was, in fact, closed. The gate was down across the storefront and the store was dark, but there were employees inside preparing to open the store. I had to wait 12 min before they opened the doors at 10:02. Someone should verify the hours of operation at this location because they do not actually open at 9 am!

One of the worst McDonald’s I have ever eaten. Yesterday it was my biggest mistake to order three burgers and fries there. We ordered medium fries but it was such a joke that the lady gave us the fries was not even xtra small pack. And there were no spicy sauce in the burger. All she gave was bun and burnt chicken patty there was literally nothing inside it. Unfortunately we did a Togo so after coming home we realized it. I WONT SUGGEST THIS PLACE AT ALL!! save your money and go to some other McDonald’s
