I ordered nachos today. These were not at all what I expected. The cheese that was on them was like cheese from a kids baseball game. That jalapeño flavored canned cheese. This is my first bad experience here. And it was a doozie. I was not happy at all. No I didn’t complain. It usually does no good. My mother always said if you don’t have anything nice to say, say nothing at all! The pictures speak for themselves. Even at Tex Mex it’s like hot chips with baked on cheese loaded with all the extras! Won’t make that mistake again.

Had a fantastic breakfast at Rubys. They were accommodating to our special requests and the food was excellent. I also had the strawberry horchata water which was out of this world. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Aguas frescas are amazing!! Horchata is the best around!! Clean and and friendly environment. Food is great, portions are plenty. The pizzadilla is big enough to feed a family. Tacos, enchiladas and the fajitas are the best I’ve had in Tyler. Corn in a cup is great. Full menu even in the morning!!!

This place is hands the BEST authentic Mexican restaurant I have been to in Tyler. The food is amazing. Service was great and fast . Friendly atmosphere . Don’t let the size of place fool you .Great things come in small packages. Tacos and Sopes are the Bomb . Highly recommend ! Will be coming again when in the area .

Great place to grab some authentic and tasty Mexican food! I got Lupes plate with chicken inside my enchiladas! It was well seasoned, hot, and the wait to receive my order wasn’t long at all. Definitely will come back. The green salsa was also tasty with a little spice.
