My husband and I went today. I made an account on the app and ordered pick up (but we ate inside the food court) using the $5 promo you get from signing up. We got two massive plates for $18.42. Last time we ordered we only got half this much but something is different today, better chef probably or perhaps it’s because we ordered pickup. I ordered the beef and shrimp with noodles, extra sauce, and no veggies. The meat and noodles were tender and juicy. The shrimp was also really good. I tried a bite of my husbands chicken teriyaki as well and it was delicious. My husband and I are both extremely satisfied!

The staff here was very rude and I can’t even understand why because I am always polite to everyone. Also forgot part of my order and when I came back the cashier had a horrible attitude and was laughing to the other employees about it. Big weirdo energy. Wouldn’t spend my money here again. Also when I went back to get the egg roll they missed, it was black and greasy.

The chicken was prepared just like we like it, well done for my husband and extra sauce for both as requested. This day, of many prior days, the cashier was very cold. She did her job but not friendly. The cooks, on the other hand, joked and were very helpful.

I am still reeling from what happened to me at Sarku Japan at Alderwood Mall. I placed an order and waited a few feeet from the counter. Suddenly the cooks were very busy filling orders, one for 8 specials for the family before me. When it came time to call my order a cook literally yelled at me to “be patient” and other aggressive comments towards me. Then demanded my ticket and ceremoniously walked to the trash can and threw it down . People waiting with me were shocked too. I had one special order, had said nothing the whole time, but I am a small woman in her late 70s and I guess he could take out his frustration on me. It ruined my day and still feels so wrong. Unforgivable. The man should be fired.
