This really is the best value meal that you will get at any restaurant. We always stop at Cook Outs when we are traveling through Georgia. The burger really and corn dog side really hit the spot and my wife loves the cheese balls. Highly recommend.

Takes long , milk shake look like someone spit ? Or put water it in it also look like a somebody stuck a bread stick or yk in it . Barely tasted good .had to throw it away ? The service is kind but they are slow would not recommend they do have nice a nice menu though , multiple options but they have crazy prices and a crazy drive thru that needs to be fixed . If a manager sees this I hope u can change some things .

They don’t have much staff the food is still good like always. Empty parking lot be prepared to wait and don’t get mad cause they are short staff. Anyone that had ever worked knows it isn’t the staff’s fault they are short staffed. It doesn’t costs anything be kind.

Don’t know the reasons but service was ridiculously slow at 10pm. The intercom speaker is bad, can’t understand anything. Cashier didn’t greet, very indifferent. No bag with the order. Couldn’t ask for ketchup before the window was closed in my face. I never had any of thise issues in Warner Robins. Bad experience overall. Food was good as always.

This place would be so much better if they actually had a decent speaker in drive thru. I got a barbecue sandwich tray with no slaw and she asked me three times if I wanted to slaw. Each of which I said no. Yet I got it anyways. Don’t know if you’ve ever got one of these sandwiches but they are soggy and when you get slaw it is impossible to just “scrape it off.” I don’t have time to go return it and this is not the first time. I wish they would default to “on the side” for stuff like this. It ruins the entire sandwich.

By far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. Get to the window and they immediately tell us the shake machine is down and they are only taking cash. We said that was fine and continued with the order, then got to the window and they didn’t even have change for the cash. Finally get home to notice the “cheese bites” we got in the tray were burnt to a crisp and completely melted through the styrofoam and into the bag.
