The food is very good and when you dine in, they make it extra entertaining! Easily one of the best tasting places in Hazleton.

This place has potential. The seafood lacked that seafood boil taste. Wish it was more spicy and

Our reservation for peak dinner hour Friday night was unnecessary. Hostess was unwelcoming and unhelpful. The place is dark, dingy, dated, and largely empty. They offer Martinis and Sake but would not make Saketini, a two-ingredient drink. Cold sake was warm. Hot sake was warm. Hibachi dinners were very oily. Sushi was fine but served without utensils. Had to request chopsticks. Three diners traveled and spent $300 for this disappointing experience.

Wow. Not sure what happened here, but this place has gone from one of the best in Hazleton to now seemingly one of the worst. I had Hibachi steak with rice. The steak was burned heavily on one side yet undercooked, there was no sauce provided, the vegetables although cooked, were most likely wilting before being being cooked, the rice was not even mixed with half of it white half with soy and clumped together. Not a soul was in the place when we were there and now I know why. Not recommended at all.

Not as good as it used to be. The sushi is usually alright but I figured I would take a chance & try something new I ordered grilled hibachi vegetables & noodles. Spent $17 on it & it was a waste. The veggies were not even grilled at all not sure what they did with them it was like they were boiled in water , they were very soggy & not good. Also maybe consider changing the atmosphere in here. It is too quiet, they have a beautiful bar but it is never open & um it’s almost April & they still have Christmas decorations up?? Also it’s a place of business & the front desk has piles & piles of mail just sitting on the desk , Seems like the decor here hasn’t been changed since it opened.

Been coming here for 10 years. Always provide the best sushi in town for me and my needs and expectations. In my experience its overall great except the wait service is just blah. Its why I only give this 4/5. I still tip even on poor wait service (not food service, not its taking a long time) just every since I started coming here 10 years ago its always been a lackluster wait service. I’m just there for the food anyways so 4/5.

The soup made me gag. I don’t know what was wrong with it. My mom said it was gross also.

We insisted on grill service with 2, even though they usually require 3+ guests, and they were gracious to oblige. We had a great time. Strong drinks and great food + more sake, more happy.

This place got a 5 star rating because of where it’s at. It’s hard to find good food in hazelton. Not only are the prices cheap for hibachi grill but also entertaining and don’t mind if just 2 people come in for the hibachi experience.
