Worst customer service! I don’t understand why they are so stingy on their vegetables! I paid $17 plus tax for a normal poke bowl- it comes with three proteins and they couldn’t give me a full tablespoon of cucumbers? They give you the tiniest of pinches for each veggie you choose, which is difficult to see because they have the area in front of their bar roped off so you can’t get close enough to see what your options are. Overall it was the most frustrating experience and we would never go back. Honestly, I should have just walked out halfway through when I asked for more cucumbers and she added two more tiny slices.

The food was delicious. We ordered two bowls and they were so good! The guy who served was the best. He explained everything to us and offered suggestions when we needed them. He guided us through the process of making our bowl and it was definitely a positive experience with great food. The only sad part is that I don’t live in Marina to come here more often 🙂 The fish was fresh and it was a very generous portion! (I picked the large)

Poké House has a lot going for it. I’ve only been here once, so far, and the experience was very satisfying. I built a “regular” size bowl with three scoops of protein, sushi rice, house sauce, some toppings, and they also added some krab as a bonus protein which is a nice plus. Then I added a spicy aioli and ended up with a tasty lunch bowl for $ 9.50.
