I have been eating here since I was a teenager. I’m well over twice that now.

My last visit was a combination of the two below me. I ordered beef, chicken and shrimp #7. I’ve always ALWAYS order the same thing and never had an issue until today when i ordered a #5 beef and chicken for my husband. A small amount of beef was put on the grill and 4-5 pieces we separated out for my #7. I asked the guy about it, he looked for the manager due to language barrier. When she came out (older lady) i asked her about maybe adding more she YELLED at me, before i finished talking (i would’ve paid a little extra) I said ok and nodded my head. I know the people near the entrance heard her. Before I left I very calmly informed her that I’m a human being and that she didn’t have to YELL at me. She then pretend she didn’t know what i was saying. Ok, never again. The guy 1 person ahead of me complained the noodles were going to be to spicy for his kid, she(older lady) tried to keep it on the plate and until he demanded her to take them off, because that’s not what he wanted she very angrily put them back into the container. Oh and they’re also associated with the business next to them.

No idea why they have a low score. It’s always been delicious and they’ve been here for at least 15 years. We came here when I was in high school forever ago and I’ve never had bad food.

I got this at the mall in Northwest Arkansas. I got it to go home. It was the worst food. I’ve had in a very long time. The chicken was so bad I couldn’t eat it I husband who will eat anything couldn’t eat it either. The noodles were very greasy and oily, and had no flavor. I will never go back again.

Brutal. We ate the cabbage and tried to avoid the ‘chicken’.

I ordered Combo 1, with Vegetables and Lo Mein. I got two small pieces of broccoli, two baby corn. The rest was cabbage. If that’s how cheap you’re going to be, I cannot return. Vegetarians and vegans are loyal when you treat us right.

Ordered beef chicken shrimp got chicken only. When asked and request what I ordered she yelled at me and then yelling at me in her language Tried to expatlain I never wanted just chicken she leaned over counter and yelled u pay more money u get food. With so many business closing up I don’t think its the way to treat customers.

Poor communication, very spicy teriyaki, nothing Japanese about it, made no attempt to admit it was spicy even though my mouth was on fire, and refused to change it. Plus, very skimpy amount of beef. If I had a choice of negative stars I would give them a -3

Fantastic food but please tell the chef to hurry up especially when there is cooked chicken on the grill and all he needs to do is scoop it out and fill orders
