We recently ate here. They had it decorated for Christmas, it was really cute. The staff were very friendly and greeted us upon arriving. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. We ordered our food and the woman who took our order couldn’t have been more sweet and kind if she tried. Our food came out quickly and was hot and tasted like it was just made. Both bathrooms were clean and also well stocked. We enjoyed our meal and would recommend this location.

Every time I come here my order is wrong, I paid extra to have a Chicken Chalupa and they give me one with beef. What do they do? Pocket the 40 cents?? Never coming here again, I’d rather drive all the way out to Swansboro just to make sure my order is correct

Every single time we’ve come in here over the past few months our orders have been wrong. We are told every time you can’t order at the counter. Ok fine. But you order on the kiosk and they don’t pay a attention. I can’t eat beef bc I’m allergic to it. I order and customize NO MEAT! It’s easier that way. Yet every time I try to get myself something outside of my kids order….and they always put meat on it!!!!

Ordered through app. App told me it was completed. Went inside and it was no where to be found. Took an extra 5 min to make. First, I was missing a few items. I had to wait for the last item to complete. Then, the sauces that were ordered online were not in thr bag. Got home and it was pathetic! Everything in price skyrocketed and yet, the service and products highly declined. I was disappointed. One of the tacos was missing meat. It was only filled half a taco. The Mexican pizzas had very little filling. If the workers are doing this on purpose because they hate their job. Then, they will eventually become jobless because they will cause the restaurant to sh6it down from no one coming in anymore because we feel as if we are getting screwed out of out money we pay out for this inflated yet subpart food we receive

Ordered online the dinner for two. The tacos were only a smear of meat n veggies. Totally not what a taco should be. Bad instructions to prep person. Rest of food was cold had to microwave it

No question the best Taco Bell in Jacksonville and the surrounding area. They work quickly and always get your order correct. Best of all they are very nice people and make you feel like they avidly care which is unique among fast food restaurants. Nothing but praise for this great group of people and will return.

Very rarely come to this store, but seems to be negative every time I do visit this one. Seems like they like double charging my bank card. Just had it happen and the employees find humor in it and say there’s nothing they can do about it.
