Unfortunately, there is not a tab for sub-par. I know Mimi’s is a chain but I have always been to great ones. The service and the manners of the staff here is horrendous. I called ahead to make a reservation for a party of 15 two weeks ahead of time. When the day came closer my group down-sized to 10 people, I called ahead to let them know, but they had no knowledge of the previous reservation. On the day of my event, when my husband and I arrived they had not set up for us. Then the waitress assigned to our table didn’t take a drink order until 30 minutes after we were sat, after I complained to a manager. I had to find a manager for a second time as people came in so they would get their drinks and again to order food. The waitress admitted at one point she left to go to Walgreens to get pain medicine for an open wound in her mouth. Disgusting…I will not be back. This was my third attempt to give this place a chance.

first time coming to this restaurant didnt have much to complain about everything was average. went back last night as soon as we walked in there was a foul odor couldnt tell what it was server started off pretty good, then after receiving a black cherry mojito that tasted like cherry water i sent it back asked for a water that i never got and a shot of tequila which i got on the rocks, food came out, very bland, not to mention my chicken was raw. server was rude and not attentive, didnt ask how things were till plates were pushed to end of the table. will not be going back, i think this was the worse place i have ever been to.

Firstly…we arrived thru doors and waited for the Door person to finish texting and sitting in the Bar to come and seat my wife and I…(Note Only two tables are being served) then she guided us to a table in the west dining area in a corner behind the register for ordering…really? Who is responsible for instructing the floor staff on etiquette… okay the mopping and vacuuming are done please remove from public view…new management and staff..crap!

First time there with family. The decor is nice the food is nothing to write home about (all the dishes we received could have been seasoned). Service not so good, writing this while waiting for check/payment to be picked up, no follow up on table for refills etc.

Sat at table for 20 mins before even being talked to by a waitress. Food was OK but wasn’t fresh. Clearly sat under heat lap a while before coming to us. Even though she was slow our waitress was nice. Overall good place service was just really slow.

The pancake and french toast items on the menu come plain or with a pre-mixed fruit-cream- cheese concoction. You can’t have any other pancake or stuffed french toast, besides plain. These are one the only downsides for the brunch connoisseur! More info to follow…
