Horrible service. I was told 25 minutes because they and I was nice and understanding as I’ve been in the food industry before. When I came to pick up my order it still wasn’t ready but they gave my order away and was told another 10-15 minutes so I waited then came back and they wanted me to wait another 5 and by now it had been over an hour. Then after more than 5 minutes they said they couldn’t find my order and I had to explain my order to them again after I had already paid and the 1 pizza that I wanted which was a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza took an hour and a half. Worst experience here ever and never going back to this location.

Blacked out screens so cant tell what to order. And i asked person at counter was told everyone calls in so thats what i should just go do. Horrid customer service. Refused to give me a menu or even a simple short list of what i might could order. This place needs shut down. Corporate do something about your store. Before u lose it.

Ordered for pick up via phone, specifically asked for pizzas to mafe certain way and it was very easy to tell on the phone before pizzas were picked up that they were gonna be not made the way they was ordered. Arrived to pick up and bingo incorrect order as I thought. Pizzas never have food ratio of sauce and toppings. Pizzas have barely any sauce and taste dry everytime. Place was packed last time and they use that as an excuse to incorrectly make pizzas and get orders correct. Watched other customers get discounts cause the same thing happened to them. This place needs to get it together. Never have hot N readies when my family comes in to store.

Went in to buy some pizza.The place was dirty. Not clean. One worker was fixing her hair . I hope she washed her hands before making pizza .I did not see anyone wearing gloves. I did not like the fact everyone’s bare hands were touching my food. I had a few pizza’s to buy and had people at home starving and waiting on me to bring home pizza.I was so worried about buying pizza there. Well ,I did ! And ,now regret it! I got home and my son bit into one of the pizzas and there was long piece of black hair on it..all of that pizza got wasted. That done it for me..I will never be back to that place again!
