Very rude, ice cold food after waiting for over 15 mins in line. Then they put 4 large fries and 4 burgers in 1 bag and the person at the window was very rude when I asked for the missing food. The manager stood there and pretended as if he didn’t even notice me yelling thru the window for the missing food. Then they do not give a receipt so I can’t even do a bad survey for them. I live like 3 mins from this location and will drive over 20 mins to go elsewhere. Figures I would give them another try and am not surprise the place has never been good from day one. It’s sad cause they could be the best around but when u hire trash you serve trash food. You should restaff this location before it goes bankrupt. 4 cars in line all the time cause they make you wait for over 5 to 10 mins per car and then hand out cold food. Makes no sense. Garage location. If u want burger King that bad I would suggest driving to another location. Icy cold. I guess if you are over hot then the ice cold food might work as an ice pack.

The Evening Crew that you have seems like a wonderful team. I came through there last night after having a bad day and that wonderful voice on the microphone really made me happy. The gentleman asked me how my day was and he seemed very genuine. I got the #1 and EVERYTHING was just how I asked for it to be. After getting my food the young man I think he said his name is Bouncer told me to have a wonderful evening and keeping smiling. I really needed to hear that even if it did come from a stranger. the workers were so unnecessary, they kept jumping over the counter running and screaming inappropriate things, talking about vapes, private parts, and a cycle for girls. I believe one of their names was crystal, they were nice but I was trying to eat with my friend. And they made me loose my appetite because of what they said. And I was trying to eat my baby puffs.

I ordered at Drive-In, only 1 male mgr complaining and only 1 assistant. He needed to be wearing gloves prepping food!!! Then, no gloves at register, so NOT GOOD!! TYPICALLY THIS USE TO BE AN AWESOME PLACE!! LOVED THE EMPLOYEES PRIOR??? NOT GOOD! SAD

I feel like the people that work here don’t want to work here. The line is super slow and when you try to get their attention the respond with a stank attitude. Burger King you need to do a better job training your employee. I’ve never had a good experience here.
