From start to finish, our waitress was so rude to us but nice to everyone else. I would’ve understood if we were rude to her, but we weren’t. She went out of her way to ignore us and stare, and anytime we needed something we had to flag her down. Not once did she check on us. Food was subpar, pretty sure margarita had little to no alcohol in it.

Do you ever get the urge to waste your time and money? If so, go to Papitos in Ridgeland!!! The chips and salsa that were presented was subpar at best. The chips were burnt and cold! The salsa resembled tomato soup. When my main dish arrived, it was hot. The shrimp was grilled to perfection; however, the other items on the plate was salty. To top this experience when the bill arrived, they attached an 18% tip to my tab when I only had one other individual with me. My $50 could have been better spent at Santa Fe Restaurant and Grill.

A fantastic hideaway from crowds. Primo service and food with just the right mix of tequila and lime! Take the heat with the Chile Colorado and wash it down with Grande beers on tap! I cannot believe authentic Mexican food in the heartland!

I got four different things that all tasted basically the same, without much flavor. Chips were completely tasteless and the salsa tasted like a petroleum product. I actually prefer Taco Bell to this place.

If I could give them a zero I would ! Maybe I went on a night that was simply too busy for them but the service was not up to par. This was my first and last time trying papitos grill . I ordered the Al pastor street style tacos , comes with rice and beans , and 3 tacos to a plate. They brought out the wrong plate at first , and once I got them , the meat was very tough and hard to chew , it had no flavor at all . I tried to dip it in queso and add spice and it just was up to my liking . For the price I paid i definitely should have eaten somewhere else !

This is one of my favorite restaurants to stop at since they have opened. My food was Fresh and delicious. My drinks are always strong. I want to give a special shoutout to our waitress Freddie. He was very knowledgeable of things they offered and punctual. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time here with my husband. We both ordered burritos. I had mine with pork, and he had one with beef. There was an issue with his order, but the manager fixed it and came out with his correct order. The food was really good. I also had a peach that was okay. Overall a pleasant experience.
