I’m not really enthusiastic about eating at an outlet chain, although… this place & our server Trip, made our experience top notch! We sat at the counter (swivel seats!), were quickly greeted, had a couple special requests (split a burger, chili on the side, standard stuff), & poof- food out & smiles all around!

The place was disgusting, everything was dirty and the floor was sticky. Open buckets for ice tea!!! As I exited the door I noticed the area where everyone puts their hands was filthy. The food was horrible, the bread tasted weird, and the meat had a weird texture. The fresh fries were pale and had an odd taste. I suggest the owner walks the walk and see what your customers see. Will never go there again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We came in as a group of 11 but sat at 3 different tables with the same waitress. She never brought the first table to orders food. We asked about it and was told it was cooking. Everyone else was finished eating and the first table still hadn’t got their food.. someone walked in to sit at the bar and ordered food after we came in and got his food while we were still waiting. I went to speak to the manager and the cooks in the back were laughing and yelled saying it was ready. They were completely inefficient and unprofessional. A couple sitting beside us waited 30 minutes for someone to even greet them to get a drink. Absolutely will not be back.

Our server was awesome… especially for a 16 year old kid. My burger was good. My tots were a little overcooked, but I like them that way. My entire party enjoyed the food. The only thing that was a little off-putting was all the dirty tables when we walked in right in the front. I’m guessing they just had a rush before we came in, but it seemed a little much.

My family and I were on vacation at Myrtle Beach and we went to the outlets to kill time before our flight took off. We ate at Hwy 55 burgers and the food there was so good!! I got a philly cheese steak and my son got a burger. Our server Shyanne was so nice and kept our drinks full and made sure if we needed anything. She even suggested a refill of our drinks before we left and gave us to go lids. That was so thoughtful . The atmosphere was very nice and inviting. I will love to come back here and eat on my next trip to South Carolina.

No one greeted us or told us whether to seat ourselves or get seated. After asking, we seated ourselves. Then no one served us, with the teenagers arguing over who had to come over to the table. No customer service skills, incorrect order and food was mediocre at best. No TP in bathroom and floors sticky. Worst experience. Will not go back and would never recommend.
