This is one reason I made this hometown food run today! It was everything I imagined! Right down to the workers not answering the phone or when they do answer they blurt, “we are not taking phone orders”! We get there, and we’re told orders will take 40 to 60 minutes! Then she stopped taking orders! So I ordered and left, and I the text 12 minutes later saying my order was ready! There was a different crew when I got back and enjoyed every single bit! I have one in my bag that might not make back to the ATL! It was sooo good!

Not all B&Ms are equal or owned by the same people. This location has good food, but is slightly different than what I am used to. I ordered the ribs on one occasion (June 2021) and they were tender, but lacking that smoky, grilled taste that I associate with barbecue.

I ordered ribs, wings, mac & cheese & peach cobbler. This is the cobbler I received. I threw it away because I was afraid I was going to get sick. The Mac & cheese was awful and not seasoned, the ribs weren’t fully cooked. I will never eat anything from this restaurant again. This restaurant isn’t worthy of any stars, but I can’t submit my review unless I choose at lease 1 star.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The food was disgusting and that’s the best way to put it. Mac & cheese tasted like boxed Mac. Ribs weren’t bbq’d and didn’t seemed to be done. If you want REAL bbq. Go to the one on St Clair. Because this one does not compare.

I will start off by saying my food was soooooo good! I had a craving for some b&ms. I called the north Randall location EPIC fail! Why are they even still open?! The girl who answered the phone clearly did NOT want to be at work today. She asked for my order as i started to tell her she cut me off “let me put you on a brief hold” I was on hold for 11:16secs. I honestly forgot i was even on hold!!! If that is the customer service that they are providing i can ONLY Imagine the quality and taste of the food they are serving!! Smh.

Waited over an hour for food. Had INEDIBLE FISH !! When I was I was informed they was dropping it fresh it was so hard it felt like bricks. It’s verrrryyy uncomfortable waiting for over an hour in your car when you have groups of people yelling and screaming in front of the building it’s not giving what it should I asked for sauce on my wing dinners and they were dry with feathers on my chicken so they don’t clean there chicken I will never come back

First time dining at & , but I see their many locations throughout the city. Today I ordered their new menu item the pulled chicken sandwich (minus the bread). I also ordered a side of macaroni and a side of bbq baked beans. Food was ready in about 25mins. I was satisfied with my meal and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hot cooked dinner. Good eats!

The other day I ordered a half slab rib dinner and a polish GIRL, OMG, that was the most nastiest food in the world…the ribs was not bar b qued, oven cooked with ketchup something that suppose to been sauce…the polish girl had become a polish boy, with a mound of fries, a half of teaspoon of coleslaw and not one piece of shoulder meat….oh and the polish boy meat which was supposed to be beef & spicy…NOT….that was a generic rubbery piece of meat. The customer service was really good and the atmosphere is nice, but the food is just “ok”. Some of the food quality is questionable. For what i paid for, I expected better quality and what i ordered did not taste fresh. The beef brisket is sliced so thin like deli meat. The rib tips did not taste like it was made on the grill. They were not seasoned. It just had bbq sauce douced on the top. The sides i ordered tasted like doctored up canned food. For instance, I ordered 2 pieces of cornbread and the cornbread was undeniably from Giant Eagle. They put the cornbread in tiny ziplock bags and they were slightly stale.

Disappointed by the Mac-n-cheese. Very bland, almost tasted like it was blasted in the microwave before going out. Cold on top, piping hot in the middle. They did add an extra piece of chicken those, which tasted good!
