Ordered ONE thing. Such a simple order. But they somehow managed to screw it up. I ordered one large cheese curds with spicy papa sauce. I received one small cheese curds with no sauce at all.

0 stars. We just ate here today (06-06-2023) around 3:45 p.m. My 6 year old daughter ate more than half of an UNCOOKED and RAW cheeseburger. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until she was done. When going in to let them know the manager refused to acknowledge our complaint and accused of us of trying to rip her off even though we had the uncooked burger and the bag in hand. No refund. No apology. Worst management and customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I went there with my family and the employees saw us walk in and went straight to the back. We sat there for 20 min waiting for a order to be taken and I went knocked on the door to get their attention. When I did that I found out someone was hiding by drive thru window not taking our order. They were completely empty in drive thru and in store at the time. After they took our order they were very rude after screwing up multiple simple things and muttering stuff under their breath. All together a terrible experience and terrible food as well. I hope this can do a little better
