We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Um experience at this establishment was great the stay was great very chill atmosphere all the workers were busy doing what they do and I do believe the manager on duty who we shall call E…. Was attentive while watching his staff correcting any errors as well as too make it. Point to greet us very politely and ask how our meal was going also the shakes at this place are A1 I will definitely be going. Back

The employees were great, as well as the food. But the whole atmosphere had a dingy feel to it. The building and parking lot are both in need of revamping, and at least an outside eating area would be nice. Oh well, it’s not enough to stop me from going back.

For a while now I have avoided the south MLK fast food choices because I had always found either the service or the food to be subpar. I don’t know if Rally’s got new ownership but whatever happened don’t change it. I have been here twice within the last two weeks and have been very impressed on both visits. Staff was polite and quality of food is amazing. Will return soon.

Hope you don’t catch the lady working the drive thru window!!! She was extremely rude. Food was good but service was awful. I thought it was a fair question to ask when three large drinks were ordered why was one smaller than the other two… Seriously. Management needs to adjust her attitude if they want to keep customers.
