I had been wanting to try Casa de Hibachi for awhile & when I was aware they had a food truck in McAllen I had to try it. Ordered delivery yesterday: shrimp bowl & a steak bowl with extra steak. Driver notified me they were out of steak so I opted for shrimp. I didn’t receive the extra shrimp but was able to get my refund. I was just disappointed in the food. Shrimp was over cooked, rice was in clumps & everything was pretty much charred.

Really big portions. We tried the steak & chicken and chicken & Mahi Mahi, both were great. If your looking for a place that will leave you full then you’ve found your place, leftovers are a plus. Highly recommend, great food.

I can’t even decide what I like better the rice or the noodles. You can get half and half upon request. I had the steak bowl and added shrimp with half rice and half noodles and it was amazing to say the very least. Legit the best hibachi I’ve tried so far so much flavor. 10/10 recommend! And the service was just as great!

Ordered Mahi Mahi #4 plate. The service was quick and the Mahi was delicious. Wait staff was very courteous. Mahi Mahi was served on a bed of fried rice with vegetables.
