Staff was very good. I got a 6.99 Hawaiian pizza. For some reason, it just didn’t seem as good as other times I’d had their Hawaiian. I did get a smaller one than usual. It seems like that shouldn’t make a difference but maybe it did.

Papa Murphy’s in general is great but this last experience was unfortunate. Ordered my pizza 40 minutes before they closed so they would have ample time (I hate ordering close to closing but alas,) and it said “30 minutes til your order will be ready”, so I showed up 30 minutes later and it hadn’t been started yet. I was A-OK with waiting, however when I got my pizza home it wasn’t at all what I even ordered lmao. I ordered BBQ chicken + pepperoni, and it’s missing the bacon, chicken, and everything but cheese and pepperoni Big oof for sure, and big sad because it was a 20 dollar cheese pizza with 6 pepperonis basically lmao.

Papa Murphys is a good go-to for those evenings we don’t want to cook. We find it’s a descent dinner, we can cook quickly and at a fair price. We have noticed when we buy the large one we have a difficult time cooking the middle of the pizza. It’s usually a little soggy for us. Oh and btw, this is take and bake at home.

We go here at least once a week but tonight wasn’t great.. Called our order in and they said 20min it will be ready. We ordered 2 large specialty pizzas and a cinnamon wheel, the guy who took the order said it was buy one get one free right now which is why we got 2… So I send my kid to go get it after 20min, he gets there and they don’t have the order… Confirmed the phone number that we called and the address, girl says sorry it’s our mistake, no worried things happen right? That aside though my son was charged $32 and received 2 medium pizzas! That’s $10 more then the $22 we were told on the phone and they were the wrong size. My son was too shy to say anything but I’m upset, we go here way to often and the girl didn’t seem new, won’t be back.

I stopped by today (first time at this location). The guy working was friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and there was almost no wait time. In and out in about 5 min or less. I wanted to split a pizza with two very different kinds of pizza (different starting with the sauce) and he made an almost perfect line dividing the two sides.Both sides were delish and enjoyed by children and adults alike. Highly recommend this location!

We had an unfortunate incident with our take and bake pizza on Valentine’s Day (my wife loves the heartbaker pizza there). Anyways, it was burnt to a crisp, and we were faced with finding a restaurant to go to, or piecing together a low quality meal.

I normally like Papa Murphy’s; it’s my favorite pizza, but they left the ham and pineapple of my Hawaiian when I added extra toppings, and we weren’t close enough to go back to this location to get it fixed. It was still good pizza (revising review up from two stars on that account), just not what I ordered. This location has a drive-through, which compounded with my hurry to help me miss the error. .

Hands down the best Papa Murphy’s in SLC. The store manager is ALWAYS kind, professional, and helpful. Inside is extremely clean and the pizza is amazing. This is our weekly stop towards the end of the week. Thank you for your consistency, accuracy and cleanliness!!
