Best Taco Bell I’ve had in 30 years. I normally regret every meal at Taco Bell because it’s garbage compared to the 90s. But this place… I really enjoyed my meal. Fresh tasting tacos. Crispy shells. This location is awful with customer service. Every time I come here and pull up to main window, they have me reverse in my car and pull back up. Tonight I didn’t feel good and asked if I could not do that and she said it’s a weighted thing so. I work in fast food and this is absolutely ridiculous. Have better service

Worse food and service I’ve had. The girl at the drive thru was very rude. Not just to customers but other employees. I had 2 separate orders. The small order with 3 items came in a large bag. My order of over 10 items was compressed into a smaller bag. When I got home and started eating. Each bite was nothing but onions. I will not go back to this taco hell untill some changes are made with employment and management.

The lady that took my order today was rude. I corrected what I saw on the screen and see replied “ I know that”. When it popped up on the screen it did not say it, she was making the substitution. If you don’t like your job, get one that you do. I believe it was the manager that took my order, around 11am on 6-23-23.
