The lady that works there is obviously very unhappy, and it shows with the way she talks to customers. I think the place is very understaffed and she is overwhelmed. Today the restaurant smelled bad and so did the pizza. I am afraid she put something in it as a response to all the bad reviews and poor work conditions so with that being said I am never going back there.

The evening manager with the purple hair is just unpleasant–she clearly doesn’t want to be here. She is dismissive, impatient, and gives snarky responses to every question. It’s every time… I just can’t with this place any more.

I never give places 1 star. But my every interaction with this place is absolute garbage. Whoever the female manager is, talks with an absolute sneer in her voice whenever I call. And Unfortunately I talk to her almost every time because there is always something wrong. This is the only place I can get delivered to me on base on the weekends and I would rather starve then bother to deal with them again. Just order someplace else.

Day 1…This place is horrible. I come in, no greeting, no acknowledgement, and have to be told by another customer they are out of chicken and cheese….CHEESE! Another customer comes up and asks if his pizza is almost done and the main clerk says, “yeah, it’s been done.” The customer says, wow I have been staring at those boxes for 45 minutes waiting for you to call me.”

As I stated in the burger king review, I hate to give places on base 1 star. I enjoy the base community and want to patronize these businesses. But they have to do better! Last night, we spent $70 on two pizzas and 34 wings. My kids love the plain wings. This time, however, our wings came with some extra. One of them had a hair wrapped around it and was cooked. Come on!!! This was my kids’ dinner! It’s really unacceptable. I’m not a great photographer, but trying to add photos.
