Me and my family LOVE the food here! Our family favorite is the pork shoulder with yellow rice and beans! The flavors are on point and remind my husband of his sisters cooking! We go here every Friday! The costumer service is a 10/10, food is 10/10, and the atmosphere is definitely a 10/10 as well! We will keep going here every Friday, and highly recommend to all of our co-workers, family, and friends/neighbors!

I order four pastelitos and they were amazing! I loved the food however, we waited a long time because only one girl was working, and she serviced other people who just walked in instead of others who were in line! Other than that it was amazing and the woman was very simpática.

I got delicious chicken stew & a empanada that was awesome. The service was fast & accurate. The 4 star award versus 5 stars is due to the awful sun glare that is saturating the employees eye as they scoop up your food.

I was in the area and craving latin food. This place has some good options, I got the beef stew and the ox tail, both were delicious but unfortunately too salty. Before going here, I read a review that said their food was too salty. I thought it might just be a personal thing, but indeed their food is too salty. I would probably go to some of the other places that offer this type of food around Syracuse instead of coming back.

I don’t even want to give them one star. Placed an order on grub hub. The order came and my meal had chicken in it. I called them because I can’t eat chicken and her response was we had no beef. When I asked why no one called me to inform me so I could cancel my order. She again said no beef. I asked for a refund as I could not eat my food and she hung up on me. Called back and no one would answer the phone.

Service was TERRIBLE. Waited for 15 minutes just for someone to come in AFTER me and another lady get serviced first because the serve decided flirting with the male customer was more important than other customers that were in the store prior to him. 0/10 terrible attitude and food looks old

The only two times I’ve ordered from this location on Grubhub they forgot items BOTH times and the food was old. The first time, they delayed my order for over an hour and still forgot items. The second time they forgot an item again, which this was a small order anyways that had 4 items in it. Also, the empanada and plantains came soggy and cold. This was not the drivers fault either because he was very quick with picking up and delivering the food. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
